BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Give your child a memorable birthday party at the Discovery Museum!
COST:
$180
$165 for members
$35 deposit required to hold your party; $50 deposit for Private events afterhours.
Parties are 90 minutes long and divided into 3 half hour segments:
Fees include admission at a discounted rate for up to 30 guests (adults and children over the age of 2). Additional guests after the first 30 will incur a charge of $7 each to the total party fee.
Please note that the museum remains open to the public during regular birthday parties while you have private use of the classroom. See below for private event info.
Available time slots are:
Saturdays: 10:15am-11:45am, 12:15pm-1:45pm, 2:15pm-3:45pm
Sundays: 12:15pm-1:45pm, 2:15pm-3:45pm
PRIVATE EVENTS
Museum rental is available after hours for private events. Private events give you and your guests the entire museum to yourselves and are not subject to the 30 guest max.
Cost: $125/hour.
Deposits for Private Events:$50
Availabilities for museum rental are:
Saturdays 4:15pm-6:15pm, and
Sundays 10:00am-12:00pm or 4:15pm-6:15pm.

- 30 minutes in the classroom for food, cake, and gift opening
- 30 minutes free play in the museum*

Field Trips
The Discovery Museum is a fun educational place for school field trips!
Students will have the opportunity to play and explore the exhibits at their leisure. Due to our smaller space, tours are not provided. Use of the classroom is available for lunch or snacks (food is not provided at the museum nor allowed in the museum area).
Field Trips are given a discounted rate of $5 per child each. Chaperones are free.
Field Trips are available for 1.5 hours. Please contact us for scheduling options.
